The assistant we felt with went out of his way to see we were fully informed about the product we pu chased.

Staff accommodating and knowledgeable. Listened to our requirements and explained why I would be better with a particular mattress

We were provided with expert knowledge and assistance by Kathryn at the Redditch store. She helped us make an informed choice to upgrade our 12 year old tempur mattress to a new cooltouch model. At no point did we feel pressurised whilst making our decision. Kathryn was the store manager I believe and she proved to be an excellent representative for Dreams with her friendly and professional approach.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who said hello and even offered us a drink. Good atmosphere in the store. Appreciated being able to take our time to make our choice. Kevin was extremely helpful and patient while we made our decision.
