All the staff in store were helpful, cheerful and attentive. Geoff Parker in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgable and advised and guided me to the correct product for my requirements. All in all a very good experience.

Approached straight away by Kevin who introduced himself and then continued to ask if we needed any help. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided advice when asked. We were looked after extremely well, even offered a drink and are very happy with our purchase.

Well as soon as we walked through the door we were met by Terry who offered us a hot drink. Terry was very knowledgeable on what we required regarding a bed and mattress for my mother...he showed us a couple of options regarding an Ottermam which we specifically required.....he fully explained about the motorized system too which would be ideal for my 81 year old mother. He was not pushy either as we decided on having the cheaper mattress. The building was well laid out very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending the Redditch Dreams to friends and family.

Because Kevin was very welcoming he explained everything well and gave us time to chat between ourselves. We didn’t feel rushed as we felt it was a big decision as we wanted to make the right choice.
