Very friendly and helpful service from the sales assistant, Kevin, who helped us with our purchase. He was knowledgable about the products and had a relaxed manner that made the whole process a breeze.

Roger greeted us at the door and spent a good amount of time getting know what we wanted and showing us all the various beds available. Loads of patience.. When delivering the bed Daniel and his colleague were very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the delivery.
