Kevin was friendly without being pushy. He assessed our needs and budget, then guided us accordingly. He gave us plenty of time to make a decision.

We were greated by Kevin as soon as we walked in. He knew exactly what we wanted to know, showed us the full range available and even found pillows similar to ones at home to give us a really good feel of the mattresses. The whole team were friendly and included our daughter in the conversations. We were all offered refreshments and encouraged to take as much time as we needed.

We were really satisfied with our visit because the staff were really friendly and helpful to what we needed to know and helped us more than we expected with buying our new bed and mattress ready for when our new baby joins our family in 10 weeks time
