THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY FREINDLY AND KNEW WHAT TO SHOW US

Greeted on arrival and left to browse as requested before offering advice and assistance

Thanks to Kathryn - who, based on my previous order 9 years ago, was able to advise the sort of mattress I needed. So looking forward to a good nights 'Sheep'.

The man who helped us was very knowledable and friendly. He left us as well to not pressure us for a sale. Hot drinks were offered on several occasions which is a great touch

Kevin was extremely friendly and did not pressure us for a sale. He was very helpful and helped us to make our decision by showing us a range of different beds and mattresses

Never been to dreams before, no reason. on entering the showroom at Redditch we looked around for a short while then Kevin came over and asked if we needed assistance, he took us back to the start and explained the differences between the types of beds and also showed us, pointed us to the type we were looking for and gave us pillows to us and explained that you need to try the product. he was very friendly.

The staff member that saw us Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with beds, and spent time with us as we kept trying the different beds to find the right one for us. He was very helpful and one of the reason we brought from Dreams over competitors which we also looked at.

We were served by Terry and straight away he was trying to understand what we were after and our needs, he helped me who thought all mattresses were the same understand all the differences and make a purchase suited to me, he also followed up by finding a perfect bed to match which was exactly what we were after which I thought would be a lot harder to find. Aswell as also selling us one of his magic pillows which I love! We were served coffee while we filed out all our forms and spoken to none stop friendly and chatty which made the whole experience really lovely and although looking at the bill made your eyes pop, we were all happy to be spending this much as Terry was so welcoming and understanding.
