The staff were extremely helpful but not pushy and as the bed is for my mother who was with me I was very pleased with the help and advice I received.

Meet promptly and Offered a coffee. Loved the machine that tests suitable mattress. Lots of time to try the beds and given a pillow the same as mine at home to make it relevent. A real effort to get the right mattress for my needs

Terry welcomed us to the store, offered us a drink and then proceeded to help us choose a new bed. We had some idea what we were looking for but Terry's knowledge helped us find the right bed for our needs. The overall experience was very pleasant and we would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to friends and family. Can't wait to get our new bed.

We have recently got married and really wanted to invest in a good mattress and bed as me and my husband suffer with joint and back pains. Kat who assisted us in the Redditch Branch was really knowledgable and really listened to our needs and also took into consideration our budget which I think is an amazing example of good customer service.
