Dreams - Redditch

Sandra at the Redditch store was brilliant.

Geoff really took care of us. He spent time with me, my husband and my elderly dad who the bed was for, explaining everything and spent time to find the right bed for my Dad. We were pleased with our purchase. This is the third purchase from Dreams.

Very easy to say to the assistant what we needed,he took us straight to a selection if mattress they were ideal

Steve was excellent from start to finish. He looked after my mother in law and myself with the up most respect and was very friendly with my granddaughter make sure she was looked after as well. It was our first time coming to dreams and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Well looked after in a friendly professional manner

I liked the way I was invited to use your equipment to find he best mattress to suit me and the way I sleep. Then to be offered a nice fresh mug of tea was most welcome. Stephen the man who served me by the time I left I felt him my friend, I wish more stores were like yours !

Steve was very friendly & helpful. Explained everything to us about the machine that tells you which mattress would be best for you. Wasn’t too pushy which is very good because nothing puts customers off purchasing goods when being hounded.
