Very pleasant welcome. I was recognised as a previous customer. Advised about most suitable mattress. Explained that the model required is made to order sodelivery will be in August. Did not expect any more service.

Assistance and service were fantastic from all the staff at the store, especially from the sales rep- Kevin Kendall. We were offered both assistance and drinks upon arrival and made a speedy and below our maximum price range purchase.
