Staff was very helpful and friendly and took time to talk to me about the bed and what you get with it also offer us drinks and manger was very helpful to the member of staff that he was not use to using computer system we did not mind that it took his time.

THERE WAS A VERY WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE STORE. ROGER WAS WARM,FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE TOTALLY RESPECTED EVERYTHING I SAID AS WELL AS EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS. I WAS OFFERED AND HAD A DRINK DURING THE VERY SMOOTH AND EASY PROCESS OF PLACING THE ORDER. THERE WAS GENUINE INTEREST SHOWN IN ME AS A PERSON AS WELL AS BEING WARM AND FRIENDLY. AT NO TIME DID I FEEL RUSHED, PRESSURED OR FEEL THAT THINGS WERE TAKING TOO LONG.

Terry and the team were fun friendly and very informative as i needed help and knowledge with purchasing my child's first bed , really glad we came to dreams! Thanks guys!

Incredibly helpful advice on mattresses especially, completely changed my opinion on what mattress I'd need thanks to the measuring tools in store. Staff were incredibly helpful and positive.
