The colleagues product knowledge was second to none, he showed understanding and a wealth of experience! The whole process was painless from beginning to end.

I went in to buy a double bed to replace a king size, divan with drawers instead of frame and mattress as good, if not better than the one I had. Both the salesman, Geoff and the manager were extremely helpful but in no way pushy. Geoff showed immense patience and knowledge as well as a sense of humour. I decide to remain with a king size after he explained the difference in measurements. I also decided to buy then instead of exploring other places in the area because I was very happy with what I was offered.

Terry assisted us well, took the time to listen to our needs and gave us the time and space to make our own decisions.

We received a very friendly service from Geoff and Terry and my financial status was taken into account. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We mainly dealt with Terry, who was extremely understanding, courteous and helpful and whilst we were talking and trying out beds Roger kept our 6 year old amused, even going so far as to work an extra hour to help. As we also purchased some furniture and both Terry and Geoff carried this to the car for us. Overall, it was an unbelievably lovely service. Every member of staff excelled themselves, offered us drinks and ensured we were 100% satisfied and sure with our purchase. We also bought some pillows that were advised (and tested on the beds) and given a full rundown of all t&C's. All members of staff at the Redditch store are an absolute credit to Dreams, and I will be recommending them for certain going forward!

I was not sure which mattress I needed for overall comfort,the salesman Geoff was so patient and explained everything so well. I took a long time to choose and we had a few problems with the transaction but after trying for about half an hour with the help of other assistants all was well. I have to say all the gentleman staff we so nice and offered me plenty of coffee and assured me they would succeed in the end. What a team.

A good welcome, not pushy, very helpful. Offered refreshments and toilet facillities. Knowledgable, friendly staff.

Terry met us after we had spend a few minutes browsing and we did want some assistance and he was very informative of the various mattresses in particular that we were interested in.
