Kevin our store sales assistant was superb. we never once felt rushed, or pressed into making any decisions. we were helped along the way with information and guidance. Kevin (Redditch Store) was a great guy and we are pleased to have him.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Did not over sell, I did not feel that I was forced into buying products I did not need. Was excellent with my son and let him try out lots of different mattresses. Was very helpful when showing the difference with the different type of beds. There was lots of getting to know the customer and the coffee was excellent. All in all an excellent shopping experience for a product that you don't buy everyday.

Geoff our assistant was very polite and helpful he showed us an assortment of beds that would meet our needs. My husband has a bad back and Geoff was able to suggest the right bed to suit our needs. He was very attentive to our needs, he was patience and answered any questions we had, with knowledge and understanding. He also made us a drink while we placed our order.

We was asked if we need help upon arrival, which we did. Kevin helped us all the way. His experience was very helpful.

I found the staff and the colleague kevin that dealt with our custom very dedicated. He delivered very knowledgable information about the products we wished to find out about. Especially showing us care and attention whilst finding the right purchase for us regarding a mattress that suited our specific needs.

I had been contemplating a new bed for some time now and decided to go into Dreams on the off chance to see what they had on offer. Well, what a complete revelation that was! My husband and I had not realised how technical buying a bed had become and how helpful Terry was in explaining all the options available once I had been given the opportunity to be encouraged to lie down on the computerised system bed. It was so helpful to find such a wonderful invention now being incorporated into the buying of a new bed and it alleviated all the confusion of what to be looking for in a comfortable bed. Terry made the experience very enjoyable and we felt that his knowledge helped us tremedously without being pushy or over attentive.

I always thought dreams would be quite an expensive shop that only the well off and upper class people could shop at. I was expecting to be talked down at or even have dirty looks as I'm very alternative (gothic clothes, half shaven head, etc) I was really taken back by how down to earth, friendly, kind, understanding, supportive and caring the staff was. I was made to feel so welcome I was offered a drink and a biscuit, we discussed my health issues and never once felt out of place or judged. Kathryn at Redditch made me feel more like a close friend than a customer. She really went out of her way to help me. Iv already recommended my friends and family not just for the customer service but the amazing quality of the beds and excellent pricing and I will definitely be going back in the future
