Assistant very friendly, patient and efficient

The staff member Terry was both welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful in allowing us the time and space to place the correct order for our family.

Assistant was very helpful in explaining the options available in the bed that I looked at. He went to considerable trouble to arrange for old beds to be taken away. Complete order process was relatively short. Good experience.

Terry and Kevin who were the main two people to assist us were fantastic, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, great with advice and not pushy. Both chaps are a credit to your store.

We had a nice cup of tea and coffee, whilst we placed our order. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

At the Redditch store my Santander debit card was declined and I had to use a credit card (AMMEX). On enquiring at Santander why it had been declined santander said that the stores card machines had a pin bypass encoded on them which is not allowed and the bank sees as odd and a security risk to card users as a pin number need not protect the account when suchnsoftware is installed as it can be bypassed with swiping. I informed the store of the issue on an answer phone as it ws late.
