Staff member was very friendly, not over the top on selling but tried to understand my needs & offered me alternatives with explaining the benefits of each item.

Friendly staff with excellent product knowledge. Impressed with the computer analysis and all the beds were available to try.

Was advised on what we wanted by being asked questions, leading us to a purchase.

When I needed help choosing a mattress they was more than willing to find the right one for me . Terry helped me with finding the right one and kept my price range in mind and delt with everything for me .

Terry, the sales assistant that dealt with us during our recent visit to Dreams wasn't a 'pushy' salesman and listened to what we were after and tried to give us various options to consider which helped enormously. We initially went there to buy a bed for our Son and were only intending to spend a few hundred pounds but instead we decided to buy a new bed for ourselves at over £2000. Terry was very helpful, pleasant and ensured that we were given the time needed to make our decision. We were even offered drinks on a couple of occasions (I think we'd spent at least 90 minutes in this store). Overall, very pleased with the whole experience.

Terry was amazing, took his time to understand what we wanted, tailored his recommendations to us, explained everything clearly, gave us time to think, his product knowledge was exceptional and we left feeling reassured we had made the right purchase.
