I felt like a valued customer, given top treatment and no pushiness from the sales assistant Geoff. My needs and welfare were taken into account more than price which makes a pleasant change.

Manager was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We found everything we needed and paid an agreeable price. All done I great time. Excellent service from start to finish.

The sales assistant was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I found the right bed for my needs. There was no sales pressure and I was left to make the decision on my own. There was a range of choice of beds. Ordering was simple and easy. I received a call from the supplier within a week of purchasing the bed and delivery is going to be a lot quicker than I was quoted.

Friendly staff who talked me through the products, interest free credit and credit terms. Ordering was quick and easy with no problems along the way. I had already looked online at the products I was interested in, ended up getting a different bed frame (as suggested by advisor) Was given good comparison for matters that was online product only.
