First time we have purchased from Dreams Geoff and Terry were fantastic Geoff very knowledgeable about all products. Best shopping experience for a long time Thanks guys. From the moment we stepped through the door made us feel as though we were the first customers they had seen all day.

Excellent customer service by Terry from Redditch branch. Very professional and friendly. Good product knowledge. Made me a coffee and stayed until 7.30pm (closing time 6.00pm!!) While I popped home to measure up and return to shop. Terry went over and above my expectations, you have an absolute gem there.

The two staff members that were in the store Roger and Terry were very friendly and helpful. Not to pushy with a good subject knowledge and good banter. We were offered tea or coffee while we were shopping and friendly hand shakes at the end.

We can in without any prior knowledge and left feeling we had everything explained and our order processed
