Dreams - Redditch

Steve at the Redditch store was an absolute professional and demonstrated the best customer service skills. He was highly knowledgeable and could tell we didn’t want the hard sell. He very quickly gave us a warm welcome into store and understood our requirements quickly, he showed us what we were looking for without any pressure but was readily available for questions. He offered us drinks, pillows for testing and showed us the sleep match. He quickly took our order and we were pleased to be in and out of the store so quickly. The other staff were also really friendly and welcoming. A pleasure to visit the store.

Geoff was a lovely, chatty and welcoming man at the dreams store in Redditch. We visited the store on 2 occasions. My partner and I had no idea where to start on picking a mattress that would be suitable for both of us. Geoff was there to help and explained how the process of using the sleep match mattress in store which is a free and easy service to access. Geoff had a lot of knowledge on the mattresses in store and any questions we had he was able to answer. He allowed us to try the mattresses out in our own time to find the perfect match; all whilst following the covid guidelines, we both felt very safe trying out the mattresses knowing that it was all clean. The service provided was very personal and 100% recommended. We returned on a second occasion to order the mattress and Geoff served us again, the ordering process was easy and Geoff secured us the date that was needed. He is a great asset to the team at Dreams. Thank you

Steve was incredibly helpful when helping us find the perfect mattress for us after using the sleep calculator. He gave us both pillows and talked through the mattress’ benefits. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience pleasant and very easy.

Sandra was an superb assistant providing a lot of information to my Father who needs to replace 2 beds. She offered advice on all aspects he might wish to consider. She was supremely patient and helpful. AnllSandra truly was an exemplar in customer service. Please pass on our thanks again. I even ended up buying a bedside unit whilst visiting myself.
