We initially went the store on a Thursday night and saw the variety of mattresses and tried out the amazing machine to test how we sleep. Because we had been to another store previous we decided not to make a decision that evening and went off the next day to Banbury. That made us sure that it was right to put in an order with Dreams and we came back on the Saturday and ordered. We were offered tea and coffee. Allowed to use the toilet. Introduced to other members of the team. Tested endless beds and generally treated with knowledge and courtesy

I came into the store with my daughter and grandchildren who were quite rowdy. This did not put your staff off! While one of your staff was busy helping me with choosing the right mattress, her colleague helped keep the children amused! Everything was very easy & once a mattress was selected the process was very speedy.

Terry, the assistant in store was very friendly and knowledgable and not at all pushy.He showed us the available alternatives and he listened to our comments and questions. On our arrival he introduced himself and I was very impressed by his conduct of the whole visit.

Kevin was extremely helpful throughout our visit. After a warm greeting and offering us a cup of tea, he took the time to understand what we were looking for (and what we weren’t) using ‘Bert the bed expert’ to match us to our final choice.

Terry and his team in Redditch were very welcoming. I have never shopped for a mattress like this - I have always just selected a mattress online from Argos and had it delivered. I now understand that as we get older we need to look after ourselves and health more and if it was not for the helpfulness and knowledgability of Terry we would not have had the fantastic experience that we did. I would thoroughly recommend Dreams and Redditch for their hospitality to. Genuine staff that care about their customers and that was not just with us, we saw this consistency with all advisors on the day.

The assistant Geoff was extremely helpful , his knowledge of products was excellent. He listened to what we wanted and did not try to push us in a particular direction. What we really liked is the fact we did not feel pressured , we were left to make our own opinion but he was around to answer any queries we had.

Geoff spent the time to listen to our needs, recommend products and leave us to make a decision in our own time and ultimately to get a product and price that we were comfortable with...plus a great cup of tea!

From start to finish our mattress shopping experience exceeded our expectations. From booking an appointment online, to meeting with Terry, laying on the diagnostic bed and testing the outcome. Never knew there was so much difference between just a mattress. We appreciate now the effort that goes into mattress shopping. The knowledge given to us was astounding from stitching, to roll, gel and memory foam....crazy. Terry and his team made us feel so welcome and a part of the Dreams family as we were taken care of very well. Nice to know that are genuine people that genuinely enjoy their jobs.
