Dreams - Redditch

Both Kevin and Kat were very friendly and accommodating and met all my needs. My partner is in the process of moving home and so we were able to take advantage of the home buyers package which is excellent. I ordered two ottoman beds and two matresses and was very impressed with the service offered, so thank you Kevin & Kat.

This is our 3rd purchase from Dreams, but our first purchase from this store. We were greeted by an assistant on our arrival and offered a warm drink. Our assistant was Kevin, who was extremely friendly and helpful. We left with exactly what we need - good quality pillows to rest our heads on and a comfortable King.

The assistance was very good, my wife is disabled and he took time to understand her needs.

Very friendly staff who helped me out with the sleep match system and then pointing me towards the mattresses it recommended. I wasn't pushed to go for a more expensive mattress and was very happy with how I was treated.

Kevin greeted me when I entered the store, offrered me a drink and then explained the difference in the beds on display, he then allowed me to browse, without pressure making me at ease to try out the beds for comfort and suitability

Kevin was knowledgable, explained options but also allowed me to browse without feeling pressured

The whole time in Dreams was smooth and easy. We made a purchase and the staff went out of their way to make sure it was a good visit

Kathryn was very helpful , without being over bearing and showed us a good of mattresses and explained the details of the products fully.
