From the moment we walked in we received a warm welcome,offered a drink, and told if we needed any help or information please ask.

We were helped in store by Sandra who was great. We didn't know what we wanted and she took the time to understand what we needed and our budget. We left with a mattress and pillows that are so comfortable. We've had the best night's sleep for a long time!

No complaints whatsoever!

The entire process was very quick and easy and the member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

It was just easy, I told them what I wanted and a price range and they showed me them straight away. They showed me more expensive also with the winter deals that were on but I had to stick to my price range which they understood and took me back to. Excellent service and placing the order was quick.

We attended your Redditch store to purchase a mattress. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Kevin and his Team. We explained our position and what we needed. Kevins knowledge was brilliant and he guided us in the right direction. We were offered tea and coffee which was a lovely thought. A brilliant team at Redditch who were funny and extremely helpful.
