The assistant Lily was very helpful and patient. She made sure I found the mattress that was perfect for me and I did not feel pressured into making and quick decision. I tried out several mattresses and was happy to make a final decision and purchase there and then. The staff were very accommodating and friendly which made the experience relaxing. I was very happy with the overall experience.
