I've suffered with a neckake for a long time after chatting to the sales assistant i perchanced a temper pillow and after one night i awoke with no ake .

Kat in the Redditch branch was very friendly, helpful, welcoming and even offered both me and my partner a cup of tea. The service she gave was very professional with full details of what was available to us based on the report from the test bed. (Very high tech). She made me and my partner feel welcome and did not rush us at anytime.

Seeking a sofabed to fit a particularly small room. The Haze model worked perfectly for us. Also the fact that the majority of the product is pocket sprung was a big factor. We did not want a cheap, thin mattress.

Excellent customer service from Kevin. Understood my requirements and explained options comprehensively. Very impressed.
