The customer service given by Kevin & Kat was fantastic they were extremley helpful and poliete and guided us with what we needed - would highly recommend.

The assistant Lucy was lovely. She was not pushy and helped when we asked for it. She was able to answer all our questions and did not hover over us to make a decision. We did make the decision and it was very nearly closing time, but that did not faise her either. Thanks Lucy !

Lucy, did not push a sale, she clearly just wanted to help and with me having a bab back. It was important to try out the tester bed to make my choice easier and with confidence. This became easier to purchase and that we did, thanks to Lucy.

Kevin was highly knowledgable and found us the right mattress for our complex needs with the minimum of fuss and was freindly but not pushy

'Cat' from Redditch branch was amazing. She was friendly and most informative about the mattress we purchased. My son purchased a mattress too on the same day and again her customer service was outstanding. The staff carried the mattress to our vehicles on both occasions. We have had a beautiful nights sleep on our mattresses. I would definitely recommend the store to my friends and family. Thank you to the team at Dreams Redditch.

Geoffrey, who served us knew what we were looking for when we explained, and took time to find the product we were happy with. Nothing was too much trouble for him

I was served by Geoff and he was kind, friendly, enthusiastic, funny, helpful, he made me a cup of coffee, assisted us when needed but also allowed us to take time to talk between ourselves. It really was an amazing, relaxed and helpful experience and would recommend Redditch store and Geoff to all family and friends. Excellent, couldn't have asked for more.
