The whole experience was excellent. We were served by Lucy who was both helpful and knowledgeable and had a very warm persona. We were offered and accepted coffee and the whole experience was one of the best we have had in shopping for a major item in a long time.

Nice friendly store manager who knew her products. Explained all the details required. Not pushy sales and was patient with your system as did take a while to respond. Great service.

our experience was excellent in every respect, the companies representative was helpful at all times and offered knowledgeable advice whenever it was called for also at no time did we feel pressurised despite finding it difficult to make up our minds as the choice available was very extensive. My wife and I have agreed that although Dreams had not been our first choice in our purchase it certainly would be in the future.
