Very friendly and helpful with just the right amount of attention

We were greeted on arrival at the store by Sandra who was friendly, professional and courteous throughout our visit. We were offered a drink on arrival too. The process of being assessed for support was explained and was undertaken quickly. Sandra then showed us products which fitted with our assessment. We tried a range of products before discussing the options and making a decision. The options for headboards were discussed and I was uncertain what to choose. During this process I asked to see several products before coming to a decision. Sandra demonstrated understanding and was very happy to give me lots of time to make this choice. We were hoping to get our delivery in two weeks but this was not possible. We discussed a range of options and Sandra was very helpful. The experience was extremely positive for my husband and myself and we would happily recommend the store and Sandra. We would certainly return for any future purchases.

Kevin at the redditch store made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He advised us on bed sizes and mattresses. We will even be coming back to get our new mattress next year.

Kat was fantastic, really looked after us. Will definatly come back when we have the money to purchase our mattress!

Store manager was so friendly and caring. She talked to my daughter and discussed the best bed for her as she grows. Helped with choosing a bed and put us under no pressure.

Very satisfied with our visit and purchase. Sandra was very friendly and welcoming, offered us both drinks and even pillows for when we lay on the beds to test them out. We were able to explain to Sandra exactly what we would like and she pointed us in the right direction. Sandra was very smiley and kept a smile on our faces the whole time we were there!

very pleased with the amount mattresses available,great display.We were met with a very pleasant lady who helped my wife and myself and explained the different types of your mattresses.We were offered a cup of tea while compleating the sale.

Both members of staff were exceedingly helpful even though we turned up just at closing time. They didn't rush us, even made us coffee, very pleasant and informative.
