Dreams - Redditch

Kevin Dreams made my visit today. Not overbearing, he gave me the time to browse. I had a trial on the high tech sample bed and chose one of the mattresses that was advised. Kevin made myself and my daughter a cup of coffee while I tried all the mattresses out for comfort. He was laid back, knowledgable, helpful and didn’t try and sell me the most expensive product! The other staff in the store were friendly and we all enjoyed banter. If Kev had been an overbearing hard sell salesman I probably would have left the store and not certainly wouldn’t have made the purchase. I now understand the difference between pocket sprung and that temper is not for everyone. Thanks Kev and the Team.

Very friendly and efficient staff who took their time to understand our requirements and were then very helpful in ensuring we made the correct choice.

We were greeted in a friendly manner when we arrived and allowed time to settle into browsing before being approached for assistance. I personally prefer this approach as it isn't deemed as pushy. We were asked what we were looking for and offered the service to determine what mattress would suit us. We were then shown to all the possible types of mattress that would be suitable for us and given time to test them and also given pillows to test run too. I find I have a problem with getting extremely hot during sleeping and our customer assistant understood exactly where I was coming from and showed us a mattress that would help with this. Incidentally this is the one we found most comfortable. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and we were provided with coffee and a cold drink for my daughter. Sandra did a great job. Credit to your team.

The two ladies who helped me were fantastic, Lucy and Sandra. They made me feel special, nothing was too much to help me even made me a cup of tea. I would recommend people to go especially if they are on duty.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. The assistant was very friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. She had fantastic product knowledge and a very open, engaging and honest manner. We really liked her knowledge, friendliness and confidence

Staff very helpful, polite and courteous, giving us time to discuss between ourselves without undue pressure. They Were available for consulting with if needed and were very knowledgable. It made shopping for a new bed less stressful, and a refreshing change from the normal pressure selling businesses. Well done.

Sandra was brilliant and so helpful. She even went to another branch personally to collect my mattress so I didn't have to wait for delivery.

with the help of your advisor and equipment I was satisfied the type of mattress I ordered was suitable for my needs. I was advised to try several mattresses and as advised I did find a firm one was more comfortable.
