My husband suffers with severe back pain and the assistant was very attentive and explained the benefits of a Tempur mattress.

We were served by Geoff who greeted us, offered us a drink and advised on what we asked

I was greeted by Steve who was very helpful and friendly. When I entered the store, I was offered a drink, had a thorough sleep analysis and given a pillow to use when testing the beds. Steve went over and above to help me find my sleep match! I purchased pillows, a bed frame and a mattress.

Very attentive and friendly approach sale completed within 10 minutes and even had a nice cup of hot coffee. Had the experience and given 3 mattress types that suited me

The sales assistant was very approachable and asked if he could help and then directed us to what we were looking for and discussed price range/types of mattress and let us try them out.

Steve was great in helping us find our dream bed

The sales assistant Baz was very understanding of medical conditions and made sure I was ok and chose the correct mattress
