Great service. Time spent to find a mattress and pillows that suited both mine and my husbands needs. Easiest mattress shop ever.

Kevin and the team were great assistance. Kevin welcomed us with open arms, offering us tea and coffee, as well as offering different pillows when trying different mattresses.

Lucy was extremely helpful and very knowledgable of product.

On arrival we were welcomed by Kathryn who made us a cup of tea, Lucy offered to set up the Dream Finder when we were ready. As Lucy was busy Kathryn set up on the Dream Finder to find the perfect comfort. Lucy provided us with support and samples of colours available and pointed out which beds to consider. Lucy was then busy dealing with other customers whilst we were still deciding and Kevin completed our purchase. All were friendly and helpful

Kevin and the team were great from.the moment I stepped in the store. Enthusiastic, showed me the sleep analysis machine, encouraged me to try different mattresses. He was also patient whilst I was trying to make my mind up!

The staff were very helpful in helping us chose the right mattress. We went on the machine to determine which mattress was the right fit for us.

Kevin was fantastic very knowledgeable and friendly . Took his time explaining different mattresses and also told us about the factories that he has visited and how the mattress they we purchased was made . Lovely man not pushy at all listened to our requirements and after only going in for a mattress we ended up purchasing a bed as well . Fantastic customer service thank you Kevin an assist to your company .

Having walked in to the show room, my wife and I were greeted almost straight away by a Dreams member of staff. Without being pushy in anyway, he was keen to understand what we were looking for and in very little time was able to assess and put us in the area of mattresses we were hoping to find. Clearly, had a strong understanding of the brand and was able to share that knowledge very well. in short, not pushy, very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming.
