Upon entering the store, we were welcomed and asked if assistance was needed. We explained what we were looking for in relation to the mattress and also showed interest in a specific bed. Once the decision was made, details were taken and, very gratefully, additional items were given without extra charge. We received the delivery date most convenient to us and were very satisfied with the overall experience. As we have purchased a bed from your store before, we already expected excellent service and we were not disappointed!

The staff member was very friendly his name was Geoff, and I had a go on the bed machine and that was good

I have visited other bed stores before but this was the most pleasant.We arrived into the store and were allowed the space to walk around and take in the different options available without being pounced on with sales pitches.We met Kevin and we had a very pleasant conversation about what we were looking for and he offered to use the machine to help us decide what mattress best suits.He was very friendly and welcoming without being too 'sales pitchy'.Once we completed our analysis, Kevin walked us around showing us a variety of mattresses ranging from lower to higher priced items but always reiterated that it was something that only we could decide on as it is personal preference.There were numerous times where he also walked away allowing my partner and I to have a discussion which you don't come across in other places.When we can to sorting the order, Kevin was extremely efficient.He also introduced us to Kat the store manager and between the 2 of them helped us to sweeten the deal by throwing in some free goods as we had spent a significant amount.Both were friendly and made us feel,as a customer, very well taken care of and that they appreciated us spending in the store.

I took two visits to the Dreams the first time was actually my first shop I visited when looking for beds. I came back later after looking around since it had the best bed I was looking for but also because the people working there were brilliant and welcoming.

Kevin was attentive, helpful and pleasant

Kevin was extremely helpful and attentive. After using the sleep match bed he showed me all the options and talked me through the different types and how they were made and the benefits of each. He gave me plenty of time to try each one out and provided a pillow to properly test the comfort. After choosing a mattress, ordering was very easy and I was offered a drink by the team while processing the order.
