I found the staff very helpfull and not pushy like I have found in another storesSandra was very helpfull and pleasant asked if I would like tea and helped when I explained I had had a Hip Replacment so I needed the right mattered also I went on the sleep match I was very impressed with everything

As we had our daughter with us things aren't always straight forward with having to break off conversations in order to see where she was. We weren't made to feel this was an issue with staff and they were very understanding and patient. I wasn't 100% sure what we were after but our needs were listened too. No particular product was influenced over other products.

The assistance was first rate and the products good quality and a competitive price.

Geoffrey from the Redditch store was very engaging and made absolutely sure that we purchased the correct product for our needs. We were delighted with the high level of customer care from Geoffrey and the other people in store.

From entering the store the greeting was excellent from the staff i was served by Sandra at your Redditch store who was very friendly. I was offered a drink, sleep profile which was very useful and Sandra was not pushy and very helpful and working within my budget. Excellent service and order process from start to finish, would visit again and recommend to friends and family, Thank you Sandra

I was blown away by the exceptional level of customer service I received at Dreams yesterday. I was there, alone, with two under two (not easy) and all the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, even when my toddler was running around as if she had found the greatest softplay ever! 😳 Geoff approached me, greeted me and immediately put me at ease by talking to me about my children. He paid them attention, which was really nice, especially as I was there to purchase a bed for my daughter. Geoff asked questions to determine what I was looking for and was able to advise me on the right products, without any delay. I didn’t feel at all rushed or under pressure. Geoff even made me a lovely cup of tea while I decided on a mattress and some additional bedclothes. My little girl needed to use the toilet while we there, and again we were made to feel most welcome. Geoff even walked us out to my car and carried the duvet and pillow I had purchased. He could see that I was struggling with two little ones and he was just so lovely. Thank you so much for making my customer experience, and my day, a good one. I will definitely be recommending Dreams to friends and family!

Geoff was very knowledgable and explained the differences between the mattresses in a clear and friendly way and even made me a cup of tea.

Sandra was lovely, knew her stock and was friendly and supported but not pushy. Andrew tried the computer bed, we had coffee, had a laugh, picked THE bed & mattress. We had been to other shop in Worcester but come to Redditch for Dreams.
