Sandra the lady who helped us was lovely she gave us advice and was knowledgeable about the products she also gave us time and privacy to make our decision.

Kathryn couldn’t have been more helpful. She was attentive in what I was after and made sure I had tried all options before committing to a final choice. Her passion for her job came through from her, and the rest of her colleagues - she is an asset to your store.

Staff amazing

The sales assistant, Lucy, was very pleasant and friendly. Lucy took time to understand what we wanted and offered advice but at no time did we feel pressured to buy. Excellent service.

We were greeted by Sandra who asked us what our needs were and then made suggestions. She also gave us space on our own so we didn't feel any pressure. Although the store was due to close at 4 Sandra still processed our order and it was well passed 4 when we left.

Geoff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom was clean, tidy and well laid out. Parking on site was easy. The location was not far from our house. We were surprised by the speed at which our purchase will be delivered.

We were greeted soon after we entered the store and asked if we had any idea what we were looking for, which we did so we were pleasantly surprised the assistant knee more or less what we were looking for.
