The gent, Geoff, that served me was such a character! I’m 22 and didnt have a clue what I was doing but I left there feeling confident In my decision and a smile on my face all thanks to his grade A service. He was very knowledgable and I couldn’t fault him if I tried.

Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided a fantastic service on behalf of Dreams.

We were approached by staff regularly and offered hot drinks but they weren't pushy which was nice. They were all extremely helpful and our order was processed very quickly. Lovely experience, Lucy was great.

The service I received from Sandra was excellent. She was very understanding of my needs. My daughter was tested on a machine for the type of mattress best suited to her, which I think is such a good idea. Sandra also offered me a drink and by the time I left I felt like I'd known her for years, as she was so nice helpful without being pushy.

Kevin in the Redditch store very helpful. Good quality mattress at a decent cost, quick free delivery within 1 week. Regular updates on delivery which arrived on time.

I was able to try out mattresses I had viewed online with helpful and informed staff (Kev & Sandra). I have bought mattresses twice previously and have been pleased with ordering, information and delivery etc. Happy returning customer.

Sandra was excellent. The machine to identify the mattress type took away the overwhelming choice of mattresses enabling us to specifically look at those only suitable for us.
