All good - friendly and knowledgeable store

The male member of staff was very helpful in helping us choose the appropriate mattress for our individual needs .. he was very knowledgeable, friendly in his approach. He made our visit a pleasant one and even made us a coffee while we considered which one to purchase.

It was a very smooth process start to finish. All staff were very attentive

As you walk in you feel comfortable to feel free to look about without being over run with staff asking you if they can help. It's nice to just look around. The staff were around if needed and when asked about the beds were highly experienced in the products. Geoff looked after us very well and gave us all the information we asked for and helped with any queries about mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, the atmosphere between the staff was excellent and made you feel at home. We were welcomed with the offer of a drink which I thought was really nice. There was no pressure to buy which again my husband and I liked, very satisfied with Our visit. The offer on the mattress also came with free pillows which was a nice touch.

Kev and Kat were very efficient and knowledgeable. We were greeted and asked what we were looking for as soon as we went into the store by Kev who was very friendly. We were shown all the relevant mattresses and pillows to suit our needs, and offered a drink.

Helpful assistant and found what we wanted

Geoff greeted us but not over the top. He allowed us time to browse and offered his services when we needed them. When I asked him a question he was extremely friendly and we built up a good rapport. Very helpful without being pushy.

I visited dreams on may 24th .at Redditch .The assistant who was called Sandra ,was friendly and very helpfull .We enjoyed our visit to the store .

Greeted on entry to the store. Polite and patient staff. Basically good customer service
