Dreams - Redditch

We had previously been looking for a new bed and mattress in February so we already knew what we were looking for when we returned. Quick and easy process to order the bed, the lady gave us some free pillows also which was a kind gesture.

Visited store, selected a mattress, which was in stock and took the item away. Helpful and friendly assistant.

The product (classic divan) is good value for money. I was not pressured into buying a more expensive option (i.e. luxury version of the divan). The gentleman at the shop was helpful and courteous and gave me plenty of time to consider the purchase before buying.

I was extremely happy with the service that was provided within store the staff was really helpful and attended to each and everyone of our needs, from the style of bed to the price range.

Turned up, was asked if I needed any help rather than the assistant being too pushy. Told them what we were looking for, she showed us the alternatives, no trying to get us to buy the more expensive options.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure the purchase I was making was right for me.

My wife and I went to the Redditch store in search of a bed for our son.Sandra,the lady who served us was brilliant.She introduced herself,struck up conversation immediately and instantly put us at ease.Sandra asked the relevant questions and gave us all the options available for what we wanted.She also gave us time,nothing was rushed.She knew when to give us time to talk together and returned once we had.Once we had chose the bed and mattress Sandra explained throughout the process what will happen next.She was friendly,talkative,informative and everything you would hope for as some assistants are pushy and wont give you privacy,something my wife and I dislike.All in all the kind of shopping experience everyone should have.

We used the a Dream system gizmo to find the perfect mattress were given plenty of assistance when needed without being shadowed. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and the cuppa was a nice touch. All in all was very happy even if the price was a little on the steep side.
