Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Once they showed us the most suitable beds left us to check and decide on our own. So have us space to look on our own.

Found the colleagues to be extremely helpful including swapping mattresses to a different bed for us to try. Very friendly and accommodating and I was offered a drink when placing the order. Very helpful in disposing of old mattress. Lady that served me was Lucy

The staff (Reece and the manager) were friendly and helpful and when it became apparent that the product we wanted was discounted, we were given first refusal of the ex display model.

We were served by Lucy who gave attentive service and knew her products well. The store staff were all friendly and approachable. What an excellent idea your bed recycling service is too. We will definitely shop at Dreams again.
