Both staff and delivery team were extremely polite and provided assistance to make the whole process seemless.

The service was brilliant. Everyone was really friendly and super helpful. I was really worried about not having a mattress in time for moving into my new house. But the staff understood my needs and found a way to make it work for me. I walked out with the perfect mattress that day and for an amazing deal! Couldn’t have gone better.

The staff were helpful and friendly allowed my visit to be satisfactory and allowed me time to decide which was the best product for me, after showing me the products I was interested in.

The member of staff who assisted me (Reece) was very helpful and friendly. He admitted he'd only been working there for 4 weeks so there might be some gaps in his product knowledge, which was refreshingly honest, and there was another colleague who could have helped if necessary. We were offered drinks twice, and used the special machine/computer to see what kind of mattress was most suitable. The price was very good and there were some freebies thrown in which is always good. There was a choice of delivery dates even with free delivery.

Sandra was my Dreams Colleague who spent quite a long time assisting me in making the right choice for my new bed and mattress. After trying several mattresses out she got me on to the Mattress checking machine in order to find the most suitable mattress for my body. We even had chance to have a cup of tea while making my mind up. Sandra was very knowledgeable regarding the mattress and the type of bed that would be more suitable for the delivery guys to get into the house and put it all together for mr, for a fee of course. Overhaul i spent more than i intended to and hope that once the bed is delivered and erected my sleep quality will improve. Well done to SANDRA she worked very hard to fill my requirements.

Because you had the range of mattresses for us to try and choose from. I am not sure the computerised analysis machine really adds to the experience!
