The bed that measured our needs was brilliant and the quality and quantity of bed was excellent. The staff member who helped us excellent too.

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very friendly & efficient staff who listened to what i wanted & responded to my needs.

Clean store, plenty of choice, friendly welcoming staff but not overbearing. No hard sell.

Great service and friendly team. Gave us plenty of info on products and costs etc and gave us time to think and discuss. Was not pushy or too intrusive and allowed us to make our own decisions without up selling.

I was greeted by Geoff, who was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Geoff offered me a drink and took me through the process of the sleep match to help make sure I had the right mattress for me. I found the Covid-19 precautions taken by the Goeff and the the colleagues to be very satisfactory. I would like to thank Geoff for his excellent customer care skills.

The assistant Steve was extremely helpful we wanted a new single bed and mattress and a firm king-sized mattress Steve showed us a wide variety of beds Mattresses and was very knowledgeable about everything we tried out both single and king-sized mattresses we are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to the delivery on the 2nd Feb

Hi my name is Kevin I took my car for an MOT next door to your place in Redditch so I thought I’ll have a look for my mum and dad but I needed a new bed for the new mattresses as I sleep in separate beds so went to your store met a lovely bloke called Steve he gave me a cup of tea and that was so nice he spent a little bit of time on me before to my got a sale at that time but I told him I have to bring my parents back and he was so good he said I’ll see you tomorrow then so the next day came I bought my mum and dad special to your store as it is 20 miles away from my mum and dads house we walked in as my dad cannot walk very far I’m on mum he was with a other customer and he looked up to me and said that I gave you my name first so Kevin I’ll be there soon when I finish with this customer and I thought that was so nice so I took my mum and dad round the store found the bed they wanted and guess what he said do you want or a cup of tea and I thought that was so nice again so y’all had a cup of tea replace the order we bought two mattresses the 2000 pocket spring costume £2163 and that Steve was so great helpful you lose a good person if you leave Kevin

Steve was very welcoming, seeing to all my requirements and able to navigate me round the store. Good knowledge on products to help me decide on an the right bed and mattress. Left after placing an order, will be returning soon for more to furniture our new home!

I am highly satisfied with the store and the overall experience. However I am highly dissatisfied with myself as I only went in there to browse, however I ended up buying a mattress and 2 stupidly expensive pillows. Want to know why? One word, Steve. This man could sell ice to an Eskimo. He made me lie on a bed that told me what I wanted, I didn't actually want to lie on it but Steve was so charming I felt obliged. He also offered me and my partner water about 5 times but I wasn't thirsty. After finding a mattress that suited our needs I wanted to leave it there and then go do some online research, aka try and find it cheaper elsewhere. I ended up staying, against my will and buying the mattress. Now, I would have been happy at that, however...Steve....how on earth did you manage to sell me 2 stupidly expensive yet stupidly comfy I add, pillows. I was quite happy with my cheap Tesco pillows but Steve convinced me otherwise. All in all, apart from a big hole in our pockets, there is now a big hole in our hearts without Steve. This man needs a pay rise and a promotion, he is a credit to your store.
