A very satisfying shopping experience. Friendly staff, this was our second visit, prior to ordering. Therefore we were handled by three members of staff. All were knowledgeable, kind, helpful and friendly.

We were greeted when we arrived. We were offered a drink. We were offered pillows and mattress protector. We tried out the sleepmatch to find out our mattress needs.

We were shopping for a bed, at Dreams we found a huge selection at different price ranges. The staff, especially Sandra, were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Exactly what is required and not always the case.
