Geoff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and stuck with us until we found the bed for us.

Lovely open store, Geoff and the manager in store we’re both lovely to deal with and not your typical pushy sales people. This lead to us buying a bed the same day.

We were not pressured into buying, given great advice and kat, the store manager, was very knowledgeable

Greeted upon arrival, offered tea/coffee, asked what we were ooking for , tried out a bed machine that measures lumber comfort, offered pillows to try the beds.

We were allowed to try beds and also lay on bed which monitored our body weight and suggested firmness of bed suitable for our needs.

The assistant Reece was very helpful and didn’t apply unnecessary pressure like most salesman & women do. He was very informative. The store was very clean and kept to a high standard.

We weren't overly pestered by a sales assistant. The sales assistant we dealt with was very helpful and friendly
