The assistant who helped us, Geoff, was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. He gave us advice and showed us different options and he was smiling and attentive the whole time we were in the store. Really cannot thank him enough, his customer service was exemplary and we would highly recommend him and your store.

We were not pressured into buying, given great advice and kat, the store manager, was very knowledgeable

Lovely open store, Geoff and the manager in store we’re both lovely to deal with and not your typical pushy sales people. This lead to us buying a bed the same day.

Greeted upon arrival, offered tea/coffee, asked what we were ooking for , tried out a bed machine that measures lumber comfort, offered pillows to try the beds.

We were allowed to try beds and also lay on bed which monitored our body weight and suggested firmness of bed suitable for our needs.

The assistant Reece was very helpful and didn’t apply unnecessary pressure like most salesman & women do. He was very informative. The store was very clean and kept to a high standard.
