The store was well laid out and easy to navigate between choosing bed frames and trying mattresses. A member of staff (Geoff) approached us quickly and helped use the machine and decide on a bed frame. Plenty of helpful and honest advice. Extremely friendly.

We were highly satisfied with this particular branch of Dreams, light, airy and plenty of room, and we were welcomed into the store. Geoff assisted with our purchase, and we offered a drink while we looked round. His advice was professional but very pleasant. He didn’t use any pressure but gave informed and extremely useful advice which made our decisions easy. He encouraged us to use the ‘Sleep Match’, which we did. After I had expressed pillow preferences he supplied alternatives to try. Our visit was successful and relaxed. Well done to Geoff and the Redditch branch.

We received a nice friendly service although we couldn’t find the product in store, after explaining what we wanted your colleague showed a new range which was online and it was just what we was after. Perfect helpful and friendly service all round

Immediate greeting on entering the store. Friendly staff. Not pressured into a sale, or to buy the most expensive item. Good explanation of product available.
