Sandra was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Having not bought a bed for over 20 years my husband and I hadn't a clue where to start and Sandra guided us through brilliantly. She made us coffee and didn't pressure us but showed us what was available for our needs and the price we wanted to pay. I'd never realised it before, but buying a bed is a very personal thing and in the wrong hands could be potentially a bit embarassing but it wasn't at all and we both felt able to chat to her and tell her what we wanted.

Sandra really understood what I was after and despite new range being unavailable was very helpful in finding ex Display mattresses to meet my need

The sales assistant Geoff was very knowledgeable he was so easy to chat to a very nice guy ! Not pushy at all. We tried the sleep motion machine which made the choices easier on the mattress choices .
