From when we walked in, we were treated like important customers. Geoff advises us to go on Sleepmatch in order for us to choose the correct mattress for us. He then made us tea while we walked around tried the mattresses. It allowed us to discuss what we thought and actually see if we liked the options rather than just ordering online.
