We liked the machine that evaluated our needs together

We have been thinking about purchasing a new mattress for a while and had been looking on line. The in shop service and the sleep checking machine confirmed our hours of browsing on the net. Wish we had gone to dreams first, tried out the recommended beds. No pushy sales just confident knowledgeable staff. We did take recommendations on pillows, topper and bed also took advantage of 50% off the mattress. Filling in the purchase and delivery details went smoothly again no pushy sales for the extra cover, we did take that out. We have 2 more beds to buy soon and will be back

It was a busy day but a colleague came over straight away and spent time Epping us choose the right bed and mattress without trying to rush us. At no point did we feel pressurised into making a decision.

Steve was very knowledgeable about the product and took time to explain features.

All Dreams customer advisors were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the various products (particularly Steve who process our order). We left the store feeling we had purchased the right bed and mattress.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Sandra was knowledgeable about the products, efficient and very helpful. I was offered a drink and the overall service was excellent. I’m looking forward to receiving my new bed and mattress which I’m hoping will live up to expectations!! Absolutely five star service!!!

Great service and no hassle

Very helpful staff and found exactly what we was looking for.

Geoff and the staff at Redditch provided an exemplary experience. We were listened to, offered a drink, greeted immediately. Geoff's sales approach was low pressure, informed, and readily available for our questions during our purchase. We ended up buying more than we intended because Geoff showed us different models that better met our needs, rather than just taking us to the most expensive or cheapest. All in all it was an experience others should learn from.
