The staff were very friendly and helpful, taking time to find out my needs and preferences.

first of all your assistant Baz greeted us and let us look around on our own at first,then he led us to your machine which showed us the correct type of mattres that we would require,. He then handed us over to your sales assistant Sandra who led us to the correct mattresses,she was very pleasant and listened to what we could realistically could afford and was not at all condescending which I found quite nice,then when we had selected a mattress she asked us if we would like a drink and went off to make them for us,we then went to the desk where we completed the order I found the whole experience rather enjoyable and would recommend Sandra and Baz for this

The help and advice that I was given was excellent, as I have problem with my hips Sandra took great care to ensure that I have chosen the correct bed.

Steve who supported us during our time at the Reditch store was excellent with great advice and listened to what we wanted. He was not pressuring us. Highly recommended.
