On arrival asked how can we help you, asked what we was looking for, asked to see if we wanted tea coffee or water, no pushy sales, excellent advice they spent time with us explaining the beds of quality, Sandra at Redditch branch And manger were excellent service from both.

Liked the assessment bed as it produced results I had not expected but which proved right. The sales assistant Sandra could not be more helpful and was a mine of information. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed and comfortable

Excellent service from Geoff at our local store in Redditch. He listened to my needs and requirements. Being 83 Years old I took my daughter and son in law to help me choose the right product.
