Sharon our assistant was wonderful answered all .our questions. Listened to us but we never felt cohurst. It was a very pleasant visit

We were greeted straightaway by Steve he was very helpful from start to finish couldn't of asked for better services we were even given a cup of tea

We wasn't planning to buy on the day - but the overall deal and our satisfaction with Steve was comfortable and we decided to place the order there and then We hope the delivery and install will be as efficient as the store experience

Lovely sales assistant, very warm welcome

A lovely sales assistant called Steve was so helpful and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. All the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend

I was very pleasantly surprised as this was the first time I had visited Dreams as to just how large the store was and to the wide range of choice and the quality. Parking was also very easy. I was very impressed with the member of staff who served us, most courteous, attentive and knowledgeable and he also offered us coffee. I was also impressed with the 'computerised bed test' that we undertook as we had not experienced that before. Overall a very enjoyable visit and not such hard work or a chore as we were half expecting it to be. It was also very easy to park.

Geoffrey was extremely helpful yet not pushy and appeared knowledgeable about the individual mattresses we tried.

we struggled to find a matress that matched both mine and my husbands needs but the axsistant, Sandra (validation code 198) was excellent and very helpful and understanding - we would recommend Dreams to others

My son and I were made most welcome and was not pressured at all, in fact bought more items than originally intended . It was a pleasure being served with such a helpful and kind assistant, nothing was too much trouble , a true gentleman, that’s exactually how a person likes to be treated. His name was Steve, will certainly pop in to say hello and have another cup of tea next time I am in Redditch.

greeted on arrival by 'steve' who was a very friendly and informative sales guy. we had 2 young children with us who instantly wanted to run and jump on the beds! I thought this would be a very stressful experience but steve was reassuring throughout and put us at ease and also interacted with the children very well. Steve made the whole experience very positive. Top man!
