We were seen by Sandra in the Redditch store, she was very helpful and friendly without being pushy. She made the experience easy.

The staff Baz and Steve were kind and approachable and explained everything we needed to know clearly and concisely. A lovely experience

We were very pleased with the way we were treated in store, from the moment we entered to the time we left. We were shown around by a very friendly and efficient lady, Sandra, who answered all our questions and gave us lots of good information. The manager,Baz, was also very friendly and welcoming.

Sandra was lovely and not an overbearing sales person. She helped me look at different mattresses and explained the difference with the brands and styles.

Geoff was extremely welcoming when we arrived at the store and and took us around talking about different mattresses and found us the most suitable mattress for us we then went to the tv beds and he discussed the different beds and gave us a quote. We then went back to the store a couple of hours later and Geoff introduced us to Sandra and she completed our order for us.

Friendly staff and not pushed to purchase.

Highly satisfied with start to finish, sales person very friendly and spent time with the wife and me to find out what we wanted, made us both a cup of tea, no pressure to buy just very relaxed, really nice store with great people, will be going again and will recommend to friends.

Steve was a very nice gentleman and very helpful. He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and showed us everything in our price range.

Preliminary visit - very friendly and cup of tea. Excellent product knowledge. Buying visit - no pressure to buy more expensive things but always helpful.
