When I went in I tried the sleep match experience that was really good and showed me what I like and it was correct. Geoff the staff member was really helpful and showed me lots of different mattresses to try. He also offered my mum and I a drink whilst we were looking around. When I had made my decision on which mattress I wanted I was also offered mattress protectors and pillows which I declined as I had already had plenty. Geoff was very helpful and understood what I wanted
