Highly satisfied because the assistant Geoff was so helpful and so pleasant. Gave us good knowledge about the different mattresses that we were looking for. At the same time left us to browse.we were offered a tea or coffee. We had a good experience and ended up buying the mattress we were looking for.

Level of service good. Professional, polite and friendly. Only slight reservation was price of mattresses and limited choice for our budget £200-300. Guess that decent mattresses that are meant to last are expensive these days.

Geoff took the time to listen to our needs and was extremely helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and make the experience of buying a bed very easy and a pleasure.

High quality products. Was able to use the bed instire to find a tailor made bed for me. Salesman was outstanding.
