My server, Geoff, was very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, explained things to my satisfaction and answered all my queries. It was a pleasure to deal with him and the store in general. Now looking forward to experiencing my new mattress.

Steven helped us select a product, talked us through various options and ultimately helped us pick the right bed and mattress. He was knowledgeable and friendly throughout, without being pushy. I cannot speak highly enough regarding his customer service and that of the other staff. Would definitely recommend.

After going to different bed outlets, and experiencing very little help in finding the help I needed, it was a delight to deal with a professional.

Sandra who assisted my mother who is 90yrs old and myself was very friendly and had lots of patience bearing in mind my mother was indecisive, but she showed us the mattresses that were advised would be the correct one and told her to take her time and no rush.she certainly put her at ease. The offer of a hot drink went down well too.very professional and an asset to the company.

We attended with my 90 year old mother who was shopping for a new mattress for her and a present for us. We were met by Steve who asked what we were looking for and we explained my mothers health issues etc. He took us to various beds to try and was attentive to my mother who was getting tired. He offered us a drink often while we were there and made one for my mum and sat with her talking while we were able to look at beds our selves. He then came and helped us with our choice and also helped us carry items to our car. This gentleman understood that my mother was still upset over the lose of my father 2 years ago and was willing to let her speak about him at length.

Steve shared good knowledge. Was kind and understanding. I didn't feel rushed with my decision. He has a sense of humour and even gave me some bottles of water realising we were going on a journey. So very thoughtful and attentive. Wish more people were like him.

Sales assistant (Sandra) was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us all the assistance we needed to make our choice.
