The sales assistant, Neil, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He understood what I was looking for and was able to find the correct mattress to suit our needs. It’s a fair price considering it is being made to order.

Very helpful staff showed us all options for our best suited mattress and even found us pillows which suited us to test the mattresses! We are very pleased with the one we chose and felt the staff member helping us wasn’t rushing us at all

An assistant was immediately available, listened to my requirements, explained my choices, provided examples and the pros and cons and the whole process was sorted in about 20 minutes (although I had a clear idea of what I wanted before attending).

Went to order a bed after previously visiting store and taking time to decide. I did not intend to buy a mattress that day but was going to shop around. However, the assistant was so helpful and after going on the sleep system to determine the correct mattress I was shown several options in different price ranges. I then found a perfect mattress and did not think I would find better anywhere else.

Great friendly service from Miles throughout. He listened and understood our needs and wants and took this into account when showing us products. He was patient with us while we shopped. When finalising the order he explained it all in detail and offered us complimentary drinks.

I went in the store last Monday, had my sleep pattern done on the machine, the results were given to me on a print out. Yesterday (Saturday) went in and tried the mattresses, found one that was comfortable and bought it, the Assistant was really nice, even gave us a cup of tea/coffee. Really pleased with the service.
